A Technician can be onsite usually within 24 hours, in most cases, it's the same day.
If our technician is unable to figure out what is wrong with yourPC/Network, we will not
charge you any money.
Residential Services
We charge a flat rate. For only $75 we will come
to your home and diagnose your PC problem.
Keep in mind addtnl parts may apply. If a re-install is needed,
which is in very rare cases, the charge will be $115 if you do not have the product key.
Business Services
We charge a rate of only $150 to come to your
business. This includes 1 hour of service, then$15 for each additional 30 minutes on-site.

- Cabling, termination and testing -typicaly $175/drop
- Hub/Switch installation
- Smart switch configuration
- Connectivity problem diagnosis and repair
